Travel by Air

The closest commercial airport to Rovinj is Pula Airport, a 50-minute drive by a shuttle bus or a 30-minute drive by a taxi.

Other viable airport options are Zagreb and Venice. We are organizing a bus transfer from Zagreb to Rovinj and vice versa. Find our more on the Zagreb Bus Transfer in the next section.

You could also fly in to Rijeka, Croatia; Trieste, Italy; Ljubljana, Slovenia.

You can reach Rovinj from all the above-mentioned airports by bus, by car, or by taxi – find more info on the airports' websites.

Travel by Boat

If you want to have a scenery ride to Rovinj, you can come by boat from Italy.

If you are traveling from or via Venice, there is a regular boat connection to Rovinj available. Check out the Port of Venice website for more information.

You can also use the ferry if you are coming via Trieste. The ferry tickets can be bought on the Trieste lines website.

Travel by Car

Because of its great position (only 60 km away from the Italian and Slovenian border), Rovinj is [easily accessible by car] (https://goo.gl/maps/Z7MX1HLd7Wu) from the neighboring countries, Italy and Slovenia, with Austria, Germany, Switzerland, and Hungary not being far away either.
