Workshop abstract
Inspired by Peter Taylor's workshop and learning about how to work smarter not harder, let's get together and work in groups, to learn some more about "Proaction Cafe" facilitation method for harvesting collective intelligence, and find some answers to the question: "What would I like to do differently in my projects to be more effective?"
